She has also was a reporter for various stations, including WLVI TV, WHSV TV, WFSB TV WBRE TV and WNYW. She was hired by the Fox News Channel to be an assignment reporter in 2005. Few years later, Fox Report Weekend' became her anchor. Julie Banderas' career has covered a wide range of problems, including Hurricane Dennis as well as the disappearance and the case of Terri Schiavo. She received the Outstanding Single Newscast Emmy Award (2004) for her reporting of the Republican National Convention.
